I was disappointed when Those Dancing Days called it a day a couple of years ago, I'd not too long seen them for the first time at Glastonbury 2011 and had really enjoyed their set standing in the mud of The Park. Seemingly though, the first group to form from their ashes are Vulkano (and did so a while back with live videos from over a year ago to be found on YouTube).
The recently released "Vision Tricks" is their debut UK single (released July 29th) and comes as my discovery (and the first track since a trio became the duo of Cissi Efraimsson and Lisa Pyk Wirström). The track combines a dark, shadowy rhythm sections with swirling, mysterious synths and snappy vocals to hypnotic results, exotic and wild, if there's more like this track to come, I wouldn't be too surprised to see Vulkano at a future Glastonbury...
